At HeyMyArt, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us. We will ensure that your experience is positive and rectify any issues.

 

Shipping

For non-standard products, delivery times may vary. Please check your cart for specific details. Shipping time includes manufacturing, handling, and delivery. Shipping costs depend on the package weight, destination country. To view the precise shipping cost, add your chosen products to the cart.

All parcels are securely packed and shipped via InPost, DPD, DHL, UPS, or FedEx couriers. Each parcel has an individual tracking number. To obtain your tracking number, contact us info@heymyart.com (remember to include your order number in the email).

 

Return Policy

If you change your mind, you may return any product within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and the mounting system must not be used. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For partial returns, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Products obtained with vouchers are non-refundable. To process a return, please contact us via email info@heymyart.com for additional instructions. Returned products must be in their original packaging.

 

Damaged or Lost Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out to us via info@heymyart.com . We will either repair the damage or create a new artwork for you at no extra cost.

If the frame you ordered arrives damaged, we will promptly reimburse the frame price or replace it with a new one.

If your artwork is lost by the courier, we will send you a new piece at no charge.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the order (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.) within 30 days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Some refunds may take over 30 days from the purchase date to be processed.
